To guarantee authenticity, Giuseppina either brings
the ingredients with her from Italy, or she imports
any that are not available locally.
Choose from a variety
of menus for your dinner party, or
adapt one if you have something particular in mind.
Meals may be prepared in accordance with any dietary
restrictions, but may also be as adventurous as
the participants desire (have you ever considered
trying il nero di seppia?)
Enjoy antipasti such as authentic bruschetta (pronouced
bru-sket-ta), made with new, unfiltered olive oil
Giuseppina brings with her from Tuscany. Savor an
aged Tuscan pecorino with Giuseppina's marmellata
di cipolla, un primo like risotto di porcini, polenta
col ragù, Fusilli alla Norma, or even fava
bean soup if you prefer and the ingredients are
available. Choose Saltimbocca alla Romana, Bistecca
Fiorentina or even lamb for your second course.
The salad will preceed Giuseppina's extraordinary
Tiramisù, Fresh Fruit Crostata or other dessert
choices, and perhaps a digestivo (if requested):
the perfect ending to the perfect Italian meal!
