Luca, Giuseppina's youngest son, with his extensive wine studies and hands on experience has studied viticulture and enology in Siena and Florence for over ten years. He has a deep understanding of the field of Tuscan wine from the vine to the table.
Near the cooking school, at "la Dolce Vita", wine bar and shop, Luca will offer you the best Chianti of our family's production. Accompanied by delicious, typical antipasti of the region and the season.
