Grapes Harvest, CHIANTI 2011
In our farm the wine of 2011 promise to be an excellent product, in Central Tuscany the past summer have been very hot and dry, almost one month with over 40C° (105 F°). The extreme season's conditions, hard proved the water bearing stratum, Our wineyards with a soil mostly composed of clay , well resisted to this long summer. Soon more news about the harvest..

We recently visited UK for "La dolce vita 2011" the biggest event for Italian Stlyle in London. nice weekend where we met a lot of English and italian friends who lives there. London is an amazing City, full of life. we also changed our usual menu to fully appreciate English Breakfast!!
 
 
 
Have a walk for Asparagus
Early spring gives the sweetest fruits, taking a walk in the forest at the second glimpse you will notice that vegetation is awakening. today we have been picking baby wild asparagus. so delicious! tonight risotto!!
